At Gents of Budapest, the classic shave is available only at our District VI salon at Nagymező utca 34. Check that salon’s Fresha booking page for the current service, duration, price and available appointments. This service is not offered at our Erzsébet Boulevard location.

What to discuss before starting

Tell your barber how you usually shave, which areas you want shaped, and whether there are products or previous shaving experiences you would prefer to avoid. A reference photo can help explain your desired beard outline: the cheek and neck lines make a noticeable difference to the overall shape.

Preparation and shaving

Your barber prepares the area, applies a shaving product and works with the blade in sections. The exact steps and any additional passes depend on the agreed service and the circumstances. If anything feels uncomfortable, say so during the shave rather than waiting until the appointment is over.

Results vary from person to person. A straight razor shave does not guarantee an irritation-free result or a specific number of days of smoothness.
